1- Dalala does not provide any warranty from the manufacturer of the used car. But for a new car, it comes with a factory warranty.
2-The used cars displayed with us may be used as a cars owned by several owners. or imported from another country. We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with any additional information we have about the Vehicle upon your request. However, if you have any questions about the previous use of the vehicle or have specific requirements, we advise you to discuss these questions with us before placing your order.
3-The mileage or mileage on a used vehicle may differ by a small amount from the number stated in the application, as a result of transportation to our reconditioning facilities and loading and delivery of the vehicle to you.
4-The car pictures on our application are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort to display the vehicle accurately, we cannot guarantee that photographs of the vehicle on the Site exactly reflect the actual appearance of the vehicle. In addition, although we make every effort to accurately describe the color of the vehicle, you may consider that the description of the vehicle's color is different from the actual appearance of the vehicle. We do not guarantee that the vehicle color reflects the exact description. If you believe that the vehicle you have purchased is different from the way it is described on our App, you have the right to refuse to pick up or accept the vehicle or to return the vehicle and request a refund by these Terms.
5- When you receive your car, you must confirm receipt to the showroom employee or Dalala customer employee. You must sign the receipt to confirm that you received the vehicle and that it meets the specifications of your order.
6- Dalala provides you with a full refund guarantee within 10 days from the date of receiving your car for any reason. We cannot accept returns of a vehicle if you have modified it, damaged it, been involved in an accident, or changed its original condition when we delivered it to you. There are no fees for returning the car, and the price you paid for the car will be refunded. This service aims to provide you with an easy and convenient way when purchase a used car directly.
